Recently, the Yongkang Office of Jinhua Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau issued a "China Singapore Free Trade Zone Preferential Certificate of Origin". According to the agreement, exporter Nanlong Group can enjoy certain tariff reductions and exemptions based on this certificate.
As China's eighth largest trading partner, the China Singapore preferential certificate of origin issued in January 2009 will enable Chinese exports to Singapore to achieve zero tariffs. Export enterprises in our city will fully enjoy the benefits of regional preferential policies through this channel, and further develop their exports.
With the changes in the domestic and international economic environment, the role of certificates of origin in export trade is becoming increasingly prominent. Recently, many enterprises have accelerated the process of obtaining certificates of origin as one of the key means to highlight the encirclement and survive and develop. From January to May, the Yongkang Office of Jinhua Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau issued a total of 8048 certificates of origin, with a value of 250 million US dollars, which is 1.3 times that of Yiwu during the same period. According to the 5% tariff reduction on the value of exported products, our city's exported products can enjoy a tax exemption of 12.53 million US dollars, effectively improving the export competitiveness of domestic enterprises in our city.
In recent years, with the changing domestic and international economic situation, enterprises in our city are eager to understand the changes in regional preferential policies and actively apply for relevant preferential certificates of origin. In order to popularize the knowledge of origin business and enable foreign trade enterprises in our city to better utilize the preferential policies of origin certificates, the Yongkang Office of Jinhua Entry Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau organized foreign trade enterprises in our city to participate in a training course for origin certificate handwritten personnel in Jinhua. Certificate of Origin
In import and export business, the certificate of origin is a valid document for trade relations parties to hand over goods, settle payment, claim compensation, import country customs clearance and acceptance, and collect tariffs. It is also a certificate for exporting countries to enjoy quota treatment and importing countries to implement different trade policies for different exporting countries. As a passport and "valuable securities" in international trade, it plays a great role in expanding foreign markets for products. For import and export enterprises, making good use of the certificate of origin of products can strive for preferential tariff treatment in import and export business, and also enhance the price competitiveness of products.
It is understood that the current regional preferential certificates of origin that inspection and quarantine departments can issue are: Asia Pacific Trade Agreement Certificate of Origin, China ASEAN Free Trade Area Certificate of Origin, China Pakistan Preferential Certificate of Origin, China Chile Preferential Certificate of Origin, and China New Zealand Preferential Certificate of Origin. According to the analysis of the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, there is still a prospect of expanding regional preferential tariffs.
